Happy Easter

This was the day where my energy faded.  Or perhaps the day where things just became a little overwhelming.  I started out alright.  I made myself a nice list.  I included some things that didn't get done from yesterday's list.  I am pleased to say that I got more done yesterday from that list than I thought considering I wrote it and forgot it.  At eleven this morning one of my cousins arranged a Zoom meet for Easter.  Normally on Easter I try to find a sunrise service somewhere and then go to a gathering with my dad's side of the family.  With social distancing that didn't happen.  It was great to see some of the family's smiling faces.

When K and family got here she had shopping to do and I went along.  Shopping is more stressful than I care to admit.  We didn't get everything we wanted at the grocery store, Target was closed for the holiday and so were many other shops.  We decided to go to Walmart.  It didn't look too busy.  There were police at the door and the other entrance was blocked off with caution tape so we skipped it.  It is time to start shopping online more.

One of the things I was hoping to do today was to reassemble my bed.  The tools aren't here yet, so that didn't happen.  Instead, I set the new tent up in my bedroom.  I decided that before storing it (campgrounds are closed and we are supposed to be close to home) I should at least check it out.  It is a good size, I think I will enjoy it.  Gideon and I fit in it well.

My happy for today is getting to see family through the wonders of modern technology.  Tonight will be K, Z and Gideon's first night in the house.

Some pictures of the property.

Happy Easter!
