Beautiful Warm Day

Today I raked.  It felt good, until, you know, it hurt.  But it was great to get outside today and be productive.  Between being tired from yard work and being with K when we went shopping today, the stress of shopping wasn't as bad as I thought it would be.  Going in as a team definitely helped.  We even braved a Market Basket (grocery store).  I had heard stories about lines to get in there but when we went, there were no lines to get in.  The lines at the register weren't as bad as they could have been either.   I'm so thankful for all these people that are out working so we can get things we need as well as things we want.  Now that I have the hardware, tomorrow I will see if the idea for a curtain for my closet will work.

In SCA news there was a Google Meet tonight with other landed Baronages where anyone could ask us questions.  It was really nice to see people.  It is odd not to be rushing off to events every couple of weekends.  With all the events canceled into the summer I don't know when we will get to be with friends again.  We have been trying to come up with ideas for people to be involved during the pandemic.  K came up with one today and I want to start having some random (maybe scheduled) times that we hold our own Google Meet for the populous. 

My happy for today is getting out and raking.  We bought some seeds today too.  I'm not sure where they will all end up planted, but I am looking forward to figuring that out.  I got one packet that is a mixture of flowers that attract butterflies and hummingbirds.  I'm thinking about planting them somewhere out back on the property, but they may be nice behind the garden area.
