Writing progress has been slow with NaNoWriMo, but I have been doing it. I have not been able to stick to any one topic or storyline. Today, in desperation to find something, I began a new game of single player Minecraft that I am turning into a story. I know I was going to use my Inktober prompts as writing prompts, but the inspiration isn't always there. I have come up with paragraphs here and there with them, but not real stories. Friday is Minecraft day with TF. It seemed like starting the new game and writing about it was fitting. NaNoWriMo is about sitting and writing. Minecraft gave me four paragraphs today and the Inktober prompt of Rocket just one. Writing happening is a happy for today. Other happy things are:
- When I got to work today I remembered a happy that I didn't mention yesterday. In the parking lot at work yesterday there was a frog. It hopped in front of me as I walked.
- In science class they got to shoot off some of the air rockets they have been making. I want to make a rocket...
- It is officially a three month streak! I have made my 10,000 step goal every day since August 13th.
- Tonight's dinner conversation involved an exclamation that was something like this, "Wait, I have an aunt that I didn't know about?" Fun times.
- Family cuddles and giggles on the comfy sac.
