Off Day

K wanted to know my reasons for wanting a GoPro today.  This is something that I have mentioned in passing, as a something-someday.  Z has also expressed interest in one for Christmas.  I have asked for dirt for Christmas so I set myself down by K with my laptop and a tab open so we could search and discuss GoPros for Z.  At some point in the conversation I clicked over to the tab that was still open with my blog.  Boy, was I surprised to find that it wasn't posted!?!  I remember posting it.  Anyhow, I posted yesterday's blog a bit late; thank you for being patient.  After K and I talked about why I wanted a GoPro, I updated my Amazon wishlist.  There is still no GoPro on it, but I made sure the little seedling pellets I want are on there.  Other happy things for today include:
  • Going for a walk and picking up the blobs of what I had hoped would be castings of paw prints.  This will be an ongoiong learning experience.
  • Yesterday I wrote how I was able to get all twelve of the things on my to-do list done.  Today, I got eight of them done and I am okay with that.  For whatever reason I was real tired today.  So self rest was a thing.
  • I got trapped (was in the same room) by some vampire show that K and E are watching.  Perhaps I should have left the room?  Nah.
  • K and I watched the end of season three of The Crown.  This is supposed to be about the life of Queen Elizabeth II and the Royal Family.  I say -supposed- because it is a drama series, not an approved biography.  At the end of the third season the time is 1977.  There have been many things from the series that I knew happened as they are historic events.  This episode had something happen that I may actually remember hearing about when it happened.  I would have been twelve, so it is possible.
  • Too many cookies, yum.
  • Watching the light flurries fall.
Mid-morning sun.

Wear a mask.
